Remote Webinar Series for Caregivers

Scroll

AARP, one of the largest nonprofits in the U.S., supports nearly 38 million members over the age of 50 with resources spanning health, employment, and caregiving. During the COVID-19 pandemic, their Caregiving team needed a new way to reach and support caregivers—many of whom were facing increased stress, isolation, and responsibility.

Strategic Oversight

I led the overall direction of the webinar series, aligning content, tone, and structure with AARP’s brand and the real-world needs of family caregivers. My goal was to balance expert advice with emotional resonance.

Client & Project Management

As account manager, I served as AARP’s primary point of contact—guiding the project from initial brief through production and delivery. I managed timelines, budgets, client communication, and internal workflows across a multi-month engagement.

Webinar Production

I produced all five webinars remotely, coordinating schedules with subject-matter experts and real caregivers across the country. I developed interview formats, scripted segments, and managed all technical logistics.

Video Editing & Creative Execution

I personally edited each webinar, integrating branded graphics, key visuals, and curated stories from real caregivers to create a polished, human-centered viewing experience.

The webinar series provided caregivers with relatable, actionable support at a time when in-person resources were limited. AARP saw a marked increase in engagement and satisfaction, with viewers responding especially well to the integration of real caregiver stories. The success of the format has informed future digital education initiatives within the organization.
